Paris Hilton’s Former Beverly Hills Rental Returns to Market for $169K a Month After Heiress Bought $63 Million Mansion in Same Ritzy Enclave

The sprawling Beverly Hills mansion that heiress Paris Hilton and her husband, Carter Reum, rented before buying their own $63 million estate in the same area has returned to the market with a sky-high asking price of $165,000 a month.

While the listing agents declined to comment on the home's former residents, it was widely reported that Hilton and Reum, both 45, rented the Beverly Park property from early 2023, paying $160,000 a month for the expansive abode, which is owned by an investment company tied to Russian expat Leonid Smirnov.

However, in June 2025, they splashed out a staggering $63.1 million to buy an adjacent estate that had previously been owned by actor Mark Wahlberg, leaving their former abode vacant and ready for a new tenant.

The seven-bedroom, 13-bathroom property spans more than 14,000 square feet and is located in the ultralavish gated community of North Beverly Park.

The luxe listing, which is held by Jade Mills of Coldwell Banker Realty and Josh Altman of The Altman Brothers Team, notes that the home's elegant design was brought to life by acclaimed megamansion architect Richard Landry using feng shui principles.

The property is also equipped with an elevator and smart home features.

Hilton resided in the elegant pad just before she splashed out a staggering $63.1 million to buy Wahlberg's former estate.

Her new home boasts 12 bedrooms and 20 bathrooms, and sits on a staggering 6-acre spread that was fully customized by Wahlberg before he moved out in 2022.

Hilton, who shares son Phoenix and daughter London with her husband, closed on the property on June 20, 2025. Records indicate that she was represented in the transaction by her brother, real estate agent Barron Hilton, and his wife, Tessa Hilton.

It marked a positive milestone for the mother of two after what had been a fraught several months—during which she and Reum lost their Malibu beach house in the California wildfires.

At the time, Hilton shared the devastating news on Instagram, revealing that she had been watching live news coverage when she saw the horrifying flames consume her own house.

"Heartbroken beyond words," Hilton wrote while sharing live ABC7 footage of the smoldering remains of her home. "Sitting with my family, watching the news, and seeing our home in Malibu burn to the ground on live TV is something no one should ever have to experience.

"This home was where we built so many precious memories. It’s where Phoenix took his first steps and where we dreamed of building a lifetime of memories with London."

Hilton's three-bedroom home, which offered just under 3,000 square feet of living space, was located in a jaw-dropping spot on La Costa beach, on the side of the Pacific Coast Highway, which was obliterated by the fires as they spread from the Palisades through Santa Monica and Malibu.

She and Reum purchased the abode for $8.4 million in 2021, although they are understood to have been living in a different dwelling at the time of the fires, having relocated to the Beverly Park property shortly after their son was born.

Wahlberg originally purchased the lush land on which the home now sits for the relatively low cost of $8.25 million in 2009, and resided there with his family until 2022, when he announced that he had relocated to Nevada.
