    Warning to Homeowners: Be Careful and Ask Questions I would strongly caution homeowners to be careful when dealing with realtor Irvin Nierras based on our family’s experience. My brother was trying to sell his house and had left several pieces of furniture and appliances inside for display as part of the home. Irvin was no longer the broker handling the property, yet items were removed from the house without our permission. The items included a chiller, television, washer, dryer, and three bar stools worth approximately $350 each. What makes this situation especially upsetting is that my brother had already made it clear that the items left inside were part of the house and were not to be taken. We are extremely disappointed by what happened. These belongings were not available for someone to take without authorization, especially when my brother had clearly communicated his intentions. Based on our experience, I urge other homeowners to document their belongings, communicate everything in writing, and make sure all property arrangements are clear when working with a realtor. Trust and professionalism are essential in real estate, and this experience has seriously damaged our trust. I hope this situation can be addressed appropriately and that other homeowners take the necessary precautions to protect their property.
